SUMMARY:  Processes jobs from manufacturing for disposition of top level assemblies and sub assembly components to inventory (stock) or shipping through time phase requirements and other internal information.  Assemble, bubble pack and label components for final packaging.  Work from written work instructions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Aide various manufacturing operations in cleaning, assembly, wrapping, packaging and labeling as required, needed and directed.
  • Process top level assemblies to determine if the product destination is a finished goods inventory stock location or shipping.Responsible to process and move excess parts from a job to a temporary bin location for transfer by stockroom personnel.
  • Track and perform job completion in business software for each job in addition to job tracking exceptions.
  • May be responsible for physically moving parts to inventory locations with the use of a hand truck, pallet jack or sit down fork lift.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
