Job Description

Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, inside sales or program management in a manufacturing environment.  Strong professional with excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills for interfacing with customers, internal resources and outside sales.  Ability to work with engineering, manufacturing and quality departments to communicate and resolve questions and concerns between the customer and Tecomet. Expedite & service customer order problems & scheduling during manufacturing process through shipping. Achieve an on time delivery that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.  Gather data & analyze information for customer quotes, forecasts, orders and returns.  Insure the timely delivery of information back to the customer. Some travel required to visit customers.
